Jim employs a team of well-experienced technicians who not only have a profound amount of knowledge in the espresso repair business, but also show a passion for their craft. Not only is the team consistent, but they are also thorough. Every repair, Jim and his team has educated me and my employees on the equipment. They always walk me through the repair and give me advice on how to better care for the machine. Jim displays a sense professionalism that only every business could hope to experience from a provider. They respond quickly to service calls and provide excellent communication. They take the time to talk to your team and do not hesitate to educate. Over the span of my career in the coffee industry (years and years,) I have yet to come across a better company to service my machines or go above and beyond in the way that Jim and his crew have. Great communication from the company to work with LM and get this done in a timely manner. Once the part arrived to Jim’s Java Repair they quickly scheduled me the same week to get it repaired.
